S&S Productions Terms and Conditions
By enrolling yourself or your child into S&S Musicals, workshops or classes you accept these terms and conditions and sign your agreement to them as an ongoing agreement between yourself and S&S Productions.

The agreement is made between the parent and/or guardian on behalf of the participant and is valid at all times whilst the participant is enrolled in any activity held by S&S Productions. If the participant is older than 18 years of age they can enter into the agreement with S&S Productions on their own behalf.

These terms and conditions are in relation to S&S Productions Musicals, Workshops and regular classes.

Payment

Once payment (and/or part-payment) has been made, there are no refunds. You have committed to the project or term and have taken a place from another participant. There is no reduction for weeks missed during term time.

For regular classes on the payment plan we require a 4 week notice period if you no longer wish to continue with the class or production. This must be given in writing to the director of the company.

All fees must be paid prior to the start of the term unless agreed with S&S Productions management team.

Show/Workshop fees do not include meals, show tickets or transportation which remain your responsibility. Fees also do not include any examination costs or extra coaching.
Rehearsals/Social Media/Merchandise

Participants must be available for all rehearsals and the performance dates and must be fully committed to the project (minus agreed absence days).

By attending any S&S Productions event you agree to us using your or your child’s for social media and marketing purposes. If you do not agree to this clause then this must be put in writing to the management team.

Participants may be required to wear their S&S Productions T-shirt for any photo shoots or press-related opportunities. T shirts are available to purchase if theirs gets mislaid or damaged. Appropriate footwear is a must. No Uggs, heels, slip ons or boots.

Under no circumstances may participants take any costumes, set or props from the venue. Any costumes, set or props must be treated with the utmost respect. You may be liable for any unnecessary damage, especially for hired items.

Please be prompt for sessions as warmups are mandatory to ensure the health and safety of the participants. And participation in an S&S Productions event is at the participant’s own risk.

Due to the nature of dance it may be necessary for our team to use physical contact when training young performers.
Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings and S&S Productions can accept no liability for lost or damaged property.
Registration to new events and Behaviour

For the safety of everyone involved, participants will be unable to complete S&S Productions events without completing a registration form disclosing any medical conditions or existing injuries, along with emergency contact details.

Please make sure every participant has read and understood S&S Productions’ code of conduct. We do not tolerate bullying of any kind. Any offensive or abusive behaviour will be taken extremely seriously and may result in the participant’s exclusion from S&S Productions events.

Parents/guardians must inform S&S Productions of any change to address, telephone numbers or medical conditions.
